How much do women spend on their hair? Daily Mail have conducted new research that reveals the average woman spends £40,000 over her lifetime on her crowning glory, hair! In the article Sadie Nicholas asks five women how much they pay for one visit to the salon.
Justyna booked in at Vixen & Blush for her transformation. “I was seriously contemplating wearing a wig when, a year ago, a friend recommended I visit Vixen and Blush salon in London for subtle hair extensions instead. Full of body, my new do is thicker, shinier, and just a few inches longer than my real hair. I can curl it, wash it, put it up — and it behaves exactly as I want it to. Now, I enjoy stepping out of the front door with my hair on show, instead of wishing I could hide it under a hat. And, for the first time, I get compliments about it — friends often ask what the secret is to my healthy hair. So, while £500 may seem a lot, I see it as an essential investment, rather than a luxury. I only wish I’d had it done sooner”
We offer multiple different methods in the salon Micro Rings, Micro Bonds, Tape and Clip In. One of the most popular methods in the salon is Tape Extensions. The beauty of tape extensions is that you can re-use tape many times. Clients usually just switch hair when their own hair outgrows the tape hair extensions. Most of our client’s re-use tape hair extension between 1 and 2 years if they’re been added for length at the first fitting and only change when they upgrade their colour or want to go longer with their hair. The hair is still in the same condition as it was at the beginning!
Tape extensions are affordable and cost effective as they can re-used, and you have full control of the amount of hair been added at your appointment. You can view our full price list to find out the details of each method.
We are excited to be able to offer Klarna in our salon which allows you to spread the cost of your hair extensions over 3 months interest free.
