This look was achieved using Micro Rings, they are one of the most popular methods here at Vixen and Blush. Micro Rings are a semi permanent method with a wear time of 3 months. The beauty of Micro Rings is that you can refit the hair many times, it’s a reusable method which is very safe. Both the fitting and removal process are straight-forward, comfortable and simple. We manufacture our own micro rings to fit our handmade strands of hair.

Who It Suits · Normal To Dense Hair
Micro Rings are suitable for normal to dense hair types. They aren’t suitable for clients with fine to very fine hair or for those clients who would like to add a lot of extra hair around their face/ fringe area. For clients with finer hair we would recommend looking at the Micro Bond hair extension method.

What’s Included · Wash, Blow Dry & Trim
Our Micro Ring service includes a wash, blow dry and trim. We colour match your hair from our in house lab – The London Hair Lab. We then fit the hair extensions using the best size ring for your hair type. To finish off your appointment we cut and blend the extensions and style them. We can style your extensions however you wish whether it’s a soft beachy wave, hollywood glamour curls or a polka straight look. Your new hair extensions will hold the style for days!
Wear Time · Refit Is Half The Cost
Micro Ring extensions have a 3 month wear-time and the refit is half the original cost, it’s good to bear in mind that you can lose up to an inch of length on a refit. With Micro Rings you can refit the hair many times depending on your chosen amount and length.

Sarah Mckenna
Sarah McKenna is the founder of Vixen & Blush and The London Hair Lab. Sarah graduated as a research biochemist in 2005 and started a career within the pharmaceutical industry, before becoming a hair extensions expert. In 2010, Sarah gained insight into the hair extensions industry and could see that clients had a very poor value/quality proposition. At that time, poor-quality hair extensions were available, at prohibitively high prices. Sarah left her initial career and set out on a mission to improve the hair extensions industry in the UK, using her research and development skills.
Spending 3 years securing a high-quality and sustainable supply of human hair, Sarah then developed new products and fitting techniques to allow long-term refits of the same hair. In this way, Sarah was able to offer hair extensions services at a more affordable price to clients, while improving the quality of the service for her clients.
With Vixen & Blush starting in 2012 as a 1 chair salon in London, Sarah quickly grew the business to what it is today, a team of more than 20 hair professionals working together as London’s leading hair extensions specialists.
