Planning ahead of time is always the best place to start, and we often see brides a year before their wedding day for a free consultation to discuss your wedding hair goal. We can work around any hairstyle and place hair extensions in specific areas based on your wedding updo or hairstyle.
Trial Wedding Hair:
With hair extensions if it is your first time wearing them for your wedding you may want to wear them before the wedding to get used to the feeling and understand the volume and length you are able to gain from hair extensions. You should have them fitted for your trial so you will know if you want any more added or any removed to accommodate for accessories or a veil. We can do this just before the wedding or up to a year before to give us time to adjust anything. The preference is really up to you as the bride.
Booking your wedding set of extensions:
Book in for your hair extensions 2-3 weeks before your wedding so you have a few weeks to get a final trial and adjust the placement of any extensions. Any adjustments will be free of charge and we can often get you booked in with a week’s notice.
Styling hair extensions for your wedding:
Whether you are having an updo or wanting your hair down in a beachy wave your wedding look can be enhanced by natural hair extensions. We love seeing pictures from your big day and how you styled your hair extensions- so make sure to send over some photos to us via Instagram or WhatsApp!
Which method of extensions should I have for my wedding:
This varies depending on your hair type and the look you want to achieve. We offer 4 different methods of hair extensions in the salon Tape, Micro Ring, Micro Bond and Clip In. Whether you are looking for a temporary, semi-permanent or permanent method we will be able to find the right method for you. At your free consultation you will be able to discuss all the methods available with one of our talented team and have any questions you have answered. We will also be able to colour match your hair, we have our very own in house lab, The London Hair Lab which is fully stocked and ready to go, all year round. We can even offer same day consultations and fittings.
