Our front of house team is available Monday-Thursday from 10am to 8.30pm and Fridays/Saturdays from 9am to 5pm to help with any query or booking request. Please call, email, whatsapp, or fill in the contact form here and Kelsey or Olivia will assist you!
Complaints or Feedback:
We invite feedback and take all complaints seriously. We constantly strive to improve our service delivery, and as such welcome both positive and negative feedback.
As part of our service offering, we ask clients to attend the salon in person for any serious complaints or concerns.

Our Reply Policy / Online Bookings
We endeavour to assist every client in a timely manner and be as helpful as possible to any and all clients, newbies and our loyal clients alike.
For Online Bookings.
There is always more availability for the same day or next day than it appears on our online booking system - please call for any last minute appointment requests.
Kelsey may need to adjust the timings to include things like removals, if you have not booked enough time. In this case, the appointment may no longer be suitable and we can offer alternative dates and times.
