We invite feedback and take all complaints seriously. We constantly strive to improve our service delivery, and as such welcome both positive and negative feedback.
As part of our service offering, we ask clients to attend the salon in person for any serious complaints or concerns.

Our Reply Policy / Online Bookings
We endeavour to assist every client in a timely manner and be as helpful as possible to any and all clients, newbies and our loyal clients alike.
For Online Bookings. Natasha may need to adjust the timings to include things like removals, if a client has not booked enough time. In this case, the appointment may no longer be suitable and we can offer alternative dates and times.
