You will be welcomed into a tranquil and spacious salon environment. With large windows looking out onto Rathbone Square, the space lets in plenty of natural light to create a calming and airy feel.
Natural light plays an important role in the experience, allowing you to see your hair clearly and accurately during consultations and throughout your appointment. Whether you’re discussing colour matching, bond placement, or overall length and volume, the environment supports clear communication and careful decision-making, without distractions.

We have a limit of 12 styling chairs in order for us to fully take advantage of the large, bright and comfortable space. The salon has an air filtration system in place that filters the air continuously to ensure the salon feels fresh during all hours of the day. We have greenery in every corner of the salon to further add to the tranquil feel.

Where is your salon located?
We're based at 6 Rathbone Square, London, W1T 1EB — a quiet pedestrian courtyard just moments from Oxford Street. We're a short walk from Tottenham Court Road (Elizabeth, Northern & Central lines), Oxford Circus (Central & Victoria lines), and Goodge Street (Northern line). Parking is limited, so public transport is recommended.

Are you appointment only?
Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability. Every appointment begins with a free consultation — bookable in-salon or via FaceTime.

How much do hair extensions cost?
Prices start from £295 for a full head and vary by method, length and amount of hair. Visit our prices page for a full breakdown.
Is there a consultation fee?
No — consultations are completely free. We offer them in-salon in central London or via FaceTime.
Payment Plans
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer Klarna, letting you split the cost into 3 interest-free instalments. You can set this up online or in the chair on the day.

How do I book?
Book online, call us on 020 7323 1793, or WhatsApp 07426 825 347. The team is available Mon–Thu 10am–8:30pm and Fri–Sat 9am–5pm.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — we just ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
How long does a fitting take?
Between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on method, length and amount — our stylists take the time needed to get it right.
