Where Brodie Works, Oxford Street, Central London
Brodie is based at our Fitzrovia salon in Central London, just off Oxford Street at 6 Rathbone Square, (W1). Having been part of the Vixen & Blush team for over 8 years, she is one of our most trusted and experienced specialists. The space is bright, calm, and thoughtfully designed, with natural light that makes it easy to assess colour, length, and blending accurately during your consultation, ensuring every set of extensions looks truly seamless.
We keep the salon intentionally intimate, with just 12 styling chairs, so every client receives the time, focus, and care they deserve. Clients travel from across London to see Brodie, including Soho, Marylebone, Bloomsbury, and the West End.

Client Story - Charlie
Charlie came to me about a year ago. She had short hair and kept trying to grow it, but it had been quite fine. She would get stuck in a cycle of growing it out, then cutting it back shorter again because the ends would look thin. She really wanted length, but due to her hair type and crown pattern, we were limited in how much hair we could add to achieve that length straight away.
Fast forward a year, and her hair is now longer than the first set of micro bond extensions we ever applied. She has gained so much length and volume, and her natural hair has improved significantly. It is now much thicker, even compared to when it was freshly cut and styled before.
She is now at a point where her natural hair is very close to where she always wanted it to be. At her most recent appointment, we added only a small amount of micro-bonds for extra volume and slight length. By her next appointment in a few months, she may have fully reached her hair goals and could choose to go without extensions, or simply keep a very minimal amount to help maintain her style

For me, working with Beth was about so much more than just her hair. From our first consultation, it was clear that she needed a gentle and considered approach, not only to protect the condition of her natural hair but also to help her feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process.
Because her hair was very fine and low in density, we chose tape extensions as the most suitable method for her. Tapes are lightweight, sit flat to the head, and distribute weight evenly across the hair, which makes them ideal for finer hair types. This meant we could add volume and a little length without putting unnecessary strain on her natural hair or risking further damage.
We focused on restoring softness, movement, and fullness in a way that still looked completely natural. The placement was carefully customised to ensure the tapes blended seamlessly, especially around the front and finer areas.
Seeing her transformation was incredibly special. As her hair began to look fuller, healthier, and more hydrated, her confidence grew alongside it. She started to feel more like herself again, and that is always the most rewarding part of what I do.
