Laleta Bulkina is a Hair Extensions Specialist at Vixen & Blush, passionate about creating beautiful, confidence-boosting transformations through expertly applied hair extensions. After leaving university with a degree in tourism, Laleta Bulkina followed her passion for hairdressing and qualified with her NVQ Level 2 in 2016.
Knowing she wanted to specialise exclusively in hair extensions, Laleta began her career at a specialist salon in Newcastle, where she developed her technical skill, speed, and deep understanding of what clients want when wearing hair extensions. Her experience working with a wide range of clients helped her perfect her approach to creating seamless, natural-looking results tailored to each individual.
Since joining #teamvixen in 2021, Laleta Bulkina has brought her love of big hair, extensive experience, and warm approach to every client she sees in the salon. Above all, she is dedicated to making every client feel confident, comfortable, and completely in love with their hair.

Our salon is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and luxurious, with plenty of natural light to help assess colour, length, and blending with precision during your consultation. This ensures every extension transformation looks beautifully natural and seamlessly matched.

Client Story - Stelina
One of my clients Stelina came to me wanting that effortless, glamorous Victoria's Secret runway-inspired hair with lots of bounce, body, and movement. She already had amazing natural lift through the roots, but her ends were lacking fullness, so the goal was to create that soft, bombshell finish while still keeping everything looking natural and blended.
To achieve the look, I used 18” micro-bond hair extensions to add density and body throughout the mid-lengths and ends. This helped create fullness from top to bottom while giving her hair that signature supermodel-style movement and volume. The final result felt soft, glamorous, and effortlessly wearable with plenty of bounce throughout the blowout.
To finish the styling, I used Colour Wow Hair Style on Steroids texture spray to lock in volume and give the hair a touchable texture without weighing it down. It was the perfect finishing touch for a long-lasting blowout that stayed full and bouncy all day.
